Capitol "A" Roll No. 2445 by Imperial

Robbie; thanks for the info on this. Last night I was comparing Clark
A roll to Capitol A roll side-by-side and noticed that the differences
were in the paraphrasing and continuity. They might have actually used
the same basic master after 1933 but the paraphrasing and details makes
the Capitol A roll a little different. The timing and 'flow' of the
arrangement is what gives it that polished quality -- all important
factors in the 'Capitol sound'. I'm wondering also if Capitol was
still using the extra long master original for A rolls. The talents
of J. Lawrence Cook were incredible!

Cheers,
