Composer Franz Liszt & Clockmaker Anton Liszt

Greetings all!  For years I've heard that the relationship of
the famous Viennese clockmaker, Anton Liszt, to Franz Liszt,
is that he was either a brother or an uncle.  Does anyone know
for sure?  Many thanks,
