Seek MIDI Controller for Band Organ

Hi everyone, I am looking for a MIDI controller, not too expensive
but able to handle 36 or more notes and a set of drums.  I am building
a band organ.  It has to be able to interface with a laptop computer.
I need either the plans to build one or where I can buy one.
