Seek Adhesive to Secure Brass Plate to Wood
By Bruce Clark

I eventually found a replacement slider for the interior of the
Amphion/Ampico air motor regulator. It is made of brass, and was
located at Player Piano Co.

My question: What adhesive is recommended to glue this brass piece
to the wooden surface? It needs to be non-reactive, and dependable.

In the past, I have tried burnt shellac, and for some reason it has
not dried sufficiently in six months!
