MIDI to Pianomation Conversion
By Donald Dusenbury

The CDs played on the QRS Pianomation are audio CDs, not CD-ROMs.
The right channel has audio and the left is a data waveform signal.
The waveform code structure is based on Manchester encoding.

The Disklavier Yahoo group site has many threads on this subject.
You would have to change the MIDI to the data waveform and then use
a program from the Disklavier site to burn the CD.
