Hello All:  If I'm not mistaken, one of Arthur Ord-Hume's books has
a 'family tree' of organ types and pretty good descriptions of most
of the known types.  I'm not able to check right now to tell you which
of his books it is but I am pretty sure he did the family tree some
years ago.
