Double-decker Carousel in Puerto Rico

There is a double-decker carousel in a shopping mall in Ponce,
Puerto Rico.  Benches are on the upper deck.  Unfortunately, the
music is barely audible Spanish music from a cassette player in back
of a few raised metal simulations of organ pipes.  We are deprived!
