 [ I don't know how Andy is handling this these days.  I have
 [ had vary good luck with PayPal on international transactions
 [ and would recommend it because its easy to set up, the transactions
 [ are traceable, and the fees are less than what it would cost to
 [ send cash via certified mail.  --Jody
