Seek Six-sided Musical Cigarette Box

I don't know if you can help, but for 30 years I have been looking for
a musical cigarette box that was six sided and played the theme from
"The Third Man."  The doors slowly opened and exposed the cigarettes
then slowly closed.  It had a Chinese motif.  Money is no object!
