"Under Freedoms Flag" & "Banner of Freedom"

Can anybody tell me if these marches, famous on German organs,
are the same:

  Under the Banner of Freedom, by von Blom, and
  Under Freedoms Flag

I ask this because I have recently bought a few CDs and this item
comes up with or without composer.
