TheMusicHouse.com, Inc., of Port Washington, New York.  Their web site
says they handle cylinder movements of 18 to 72 notes, 4.5" and 9" and
11" Reuge and Romance disks, and Porter discs of 11", 12.25" and 15.5"
sizes.
