Book "Clockwork Music" By Arthur W.J.G. Ord-Hume

Dear MMD readers,  I will write an article for the German journal,
"Das Mechanische Musikinstrument" about a special musical box movement.
I am interested in what's to find on page 192 in the book, "Clockwork
Music," by author A.W.J.G. Ord-Hume.

Who could be so nice and would make a copy (scan that page and send it
via email) ?
