Dimensions of Coinola Flute Pipes

In reference to Robert Loeffler's dimension problem, I noticed that
also after receiving my drawing from Vestal Press.  I discussed it with
Ken Smith.

The hole diameter only needs to be the "F" width.  It also does not
have to be round.  It's only round for ease of construction.  Drilling
a hole is much easier then cutting a square hole.
