Internet Auction Fraud
By Joyce Brite

An eBay seller with a "zero" feedback ID isn't necessarily a scam
artist. A number of legitimate sellers have multiple ID's. They buy
under one ID, sell under another ID, sell a different type merchandise
under yet another ID, etc.

Successful eBay sellers have learned that others are watching their
every move. Most of the watchers are harmless but a few try disrupt
their auctions or use the legitimate seller's success to create a scam.
Some sellers try to evade these crooks and scam artists by registering
a new ID.

It's sad when people spend time building a good reputation that others
try to take advantage of it for illegitimate purposes.
