MMDers,  It is clear from some of the questions I'm receiving that
a few individuals simply did not take the time to read all the answers
to the questions I have already submitted to MMD readers.

1. There is no charge for these bound bulletins other than postage!

2. Yes, you are expected to remit the amount of postage shown on the
box to me:

Again, I'm not charging anything for packing materials, gas to the post
office and nothing for my time or the bound volumes.  Do I have any
recourse if you don't pay?  Probably not, but I do have my ways.
Again I would ask that if you have questions to please return to the
series of answers that appeared in 050228 MMDigest.

3. Probably the bound issue for which we have the fewest copies is
2004.  If any of you who have already ordered complete sets already
have a bound volume for 2004 please let me know and I will delete it
from your order.
