Scots Melodies on Mechanical Music Instruments
By Bill Dean-Myatt

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

I am compiling a discography of commercial 78-rpm discs and phonograph
cylinders made between 1895-1960 of material relating to Scotland, i.e.,
Scots songs or country dance tunes.

I would also like to include what details I can of similar material
that was issued on music box discs and rolls, organ rolls, piano rolls
and other similar formats. Unfortunately, I know nothing about these
discs and rolls and wonder whether any reader could provide information
for me, please.

If readers could send makers name, catalogue number, tune title(s) and
composer credits I would be most grateful. If you have any idea of the
date the item was published that would be most useful. Your help would
be much valued.
