Player Piano Keys Don't Move

I don't think the suggestion of rigging rubber bands from the piano
action to the key capstan is a good idea.  After a while that rubber
is going to rot, and then the old rubber will either get sticky and
adhere to the action or the bits of elastic will fall down in the
keybed and gum things up.
