Rust Inhibitor "Ferronite"

"Ferronite" is a product that is native and made Down Under;
Google comes up with a bunch of sites.  It also refers to iron poles.
MDS sheets are there.  For US/Canada try eastwood.com; I don't know if
they ship overseas. But any well stocked auto restorer supply shop or
auto paint supply shop has a couple of different brands of converters
or inhibitors.
