FS: 1923 Kimball Welte in Minnesota

A friend of mine has a beautiful Welte piano for sale:  1923 5'2"
Kimball Welte Licensee Grant, mahogany, Serial #350911.  Re-strung,
new hammers, action regulated, refinished, includes original bench,
Welte totally rebuilt.  Bodine motor and Minarik speed control for
accurate tempo.  Incredible expression.  Price $9,000.
