Mechanical Music in California

Hi all,  I will be visiting California next week and would love to
see and hear any band/fair organs that I can.  I'll be arriving at
San Francisco then driving south to San Luis Obispo.  Can any of you
Californians suggest any museums or open-to-the-public collections
that I might visit?
