Rebuilding Dynavoice Valves
By John Moulton

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

Hello, I have enjoyed reading about the many different player
mechanisms and those who have offered information on rebuilding them
in MMD. Recently I obtained a Dynavoice keytop player that was in
fairly good condition, though there are a few pouches apparently that
are leaking and not reliable.

Though it is mentioned, I cannot find any information on the safest
way to open up the plastic block valves used for replacing the pouches
and/or the sealing material on the spool in the valve. Can anyone
offer advice other than find one with valves that work for parts?
My only other option is to machine totally new valve assemblies.

Thank you,
John Moulton
