Quarter-sawn White Oak Plywood

You would be better off finding a junk piano with the right wood and
taking it apart to reuse the wood.  You will never be able to find the
old growth quartered oak that would even come close to matching the
original.  That type of wood cannot be bought for any price these days.

You can find quartered oak but it is a far cry from the wood on an old
piano or other furniture.  Better to recycle a junker.
