Duo-Art Fallboard Label

I'm sorry, I can't help with furnishing a Duo-Art mechanism [061027
MMDigest].  However, Niels Berkers also asked:

> Was the label 'Duo-Art' also used on pedal-only Duo-Arts?

I have a Stroud "half Duo-Art" pedal only piano which has the label
"Duo-Art Pianola" on the fall board.  Did anyone make pedal only full
Duo-Arts?
