Band Organ Is Too Loud

Hey, it was the band organ's _job_ to be too loud and create the whole
wonderful rush atmosphere of the celebration.  Equip a classic vending
machine with a case like your organ facade, fill it with  those little
envelopes of foam earplugs, and label it "Volume Controls $1"
