Seek New Boxes for 65-note Rolls

Dear MMD,  I have a number of 65-note pin-end style rolls, without
boxes.  Does any one know of a supplier of this style box, preferably
the knocked down type that you fold to make the box.  I do not need
the wood pin end rests as I can make these myself.
