Well, many of us piano technicians have been told we have a screw
loose, but this is the first time someone has offered to purchase them!

Have you checked a larger hardware store?  The local ones here have a
selection of fasteners in drawers, and there are slotted screws in zinc
plated, brass, and stainless.  In the next town over, there is a
fastener store where you can order just about anything.  I was even
able to order some special-headed stainless steel screws for a railroad
locomotive restoration!
