Richard Lipp & Sohn Player Grand Piano

Hi all,  I'm in the process of obtaining a Richard Lipp & Sohn player
grand piano and the serial number is 36067.  When I do an on-line
search all I get is "Made 1910-1920".  Can anyone help me narrow it
down a little more?

Would love to hear from anyone else who has the same type of instrument.
