I have a Welte baby grand reproducer that needs rebuilding.  However,
before I tackle the action rebuild, I would like to get it functioning
as a piano.  The piano details are

 - Welte Mignon Autograph Piano, I'm not sure where to find the
serial number.

The main issue for getting the piano working as a piano is that the
pedal lyre is completely missing: no wood, no pedals and no rods.
How do I find replacements?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
