Could anyone give me a few missing data for the O-Roll tracker bar?  I
have misplaced my "Encyclopedia" somewhere.  I'd need the following
(for trying to punch, of course):

    Assignment of notes on the O-Roll tracker bar.  I do have the
    assignments for the outer tracks, i.e. drums, stops, and other
    on/offs, but not for the notes on the inner tracks.

    Minimal repetition distances for O-rolls (distance between two
    punchings so that the note sounds or drum strikes twice) -- this
    time, if possible.
