Seek Ampico Restorer in New York

I just received a telephone call from a gentleman in Cortland, New York.
He has a Model B Ampico that was restored in 1978.  It is now beginning
to fail and most likely will need complete restoration.  Is there
anyone near this area that might help him with this?
