Black Raised Lettering on Piano Frame
By John Vallings 

Take a photo of the original lettering, then with the computer
programme copy to a vinyl cutter at your printer.  The cutter will
then cut the letters on thick vinyl.  You then transfer this to the
piano then seal with clear polish.  I do all my lettering this way.
