Wurlitzer Photoplayer Pneumatic Return Springs
By Craig Robson

We are re-covering the piano pneumatics on a Wurlitzer Photoplayer
Style O and this stack has return springs on the hinge end of the
pneumatics. We believe these have been added to assist the pneumatic
to return to the "open" position.

The addition of these springs in our opinion make the pneumatics hard
to close. We think the springs should not be there. Can anybody
confirm whether they came across these springs in any other photoplayer?

Regards,
Craig Robson
