Seek Reginaphone Horn & Turntable

I have recently purchased a Reginaphone music box.  It may be model
457, but I am not sure.  The serial no. is 2500045.  I am looking for
the horn and turntable that would fit this model.  Please advise me if
you have this and what the price would be.
