For Sale: I am looking to sell a Braumuller player piano.
I have no information other than the harp has a number stamped on it of
16460. The condition is only a low fair. Three keys are not working.
Four keys have broken or missing ivories. Many of the ivories have
chipping at their front edges. All of the mechanical parts are
there. The finish is distressed. This piano is located in Vista,
North San Diego County, California. The owners name is Byron Whitehead.

For Sale: J.P. Seeburg Nickelodeon Series E Player
Piano. The piano’s serial number is 159347 (from what I could tell).
The piano is in excellent physical and mechanical condition, the only
blemish is one slightly chipped key on the keyboard. The piano is
made out of mahogany (not the more typical oak) and features a
Xylophone & Mandolin. The piano has the original stained glass panel.
The piano has been in temperature and humidity controlled houses -
The piano has not been in a basement, in storage, or in any other
way warehoused. The piano was purchased by the current owners from
a dealer ~ 27 years ago. The piano has been maintained and tuned in
the past 27 years and has been rarely used in these 27 years. The
piano is in excellent working condition. It is loud, crisp and clear
in the music it plays. Included in the sale are 5 player rolls:

For Sale: Winteroth player piano in great working
condition. The keys have been recovered and rebushed. The dampers
and hammers are new. It has been refinished in a dark red mahogany
finish and looks gorgeous! Hoses and and tubes have been replaced.
It still has the original tubing from the tracker bar which is in
good condition. The piano sounds great and works well as a regular
playing piano and the player part can either be worked from the
pumping pedals or by electric vacuum. The piano uses standard QRS
piano rolls which are easily acquired. Comes with 25 rolls of music.

For Sale: Custom made Nickelodeon player piano built
in the late 70's contains the following instruments: Bass Drum,
Tambourine, Wood Block, Cymbal,Accordion, Snare Drum, Triangle.
Needs work to make it fully operational, however the piano does
play but may need some slight tuning. Piano and instruments were
originally made by George Cooper of Mechanical Music Mfg. in
Wichita, KS. It was the demo piano he used to show customers

is crazed, but wood is in good condition. The blower to the piano

Canada. It's bound in the finest French chagrin goatskin leather
with leather mosaic onlays and tooled in 22 K gold leaf...The box
and its key are housed in a velvet lined silk bound box. This piece

renovating the basement and must remove the piano, but I do not
want to destroy it. It seems to have historical value as this
house was a speak easy in the 1920s during prohibition era. I would
like to give this piano to anyone who may want it with the rolls
for free. The only issue is that the piano cannot be easy removed
from the basement and whom ever desires it would need to pay for

Wanted: Looking for a vacuum pump to provide a boost for the
foot pedal vacuum system that used to be adequate on our old Aeriola player
piano. We hooked a small craftsman vacuum to the "keyboard/musical" (left)
side of the piano and were still able to use the foot pedals to provide
the vacuum to control the actual movement of the piano roll. It worked
great except for the noise put out by the vacuum. Short of redoing all
the bellows and other air linkage/hoses this would be a fix we could live
with. Any other suggestions would be welcome. Not sure of piano's vintage.
Purchased very old in 1950's. Inside back metal board marked Chilton Piano
Co, New York and the number 2595. Upright piano. Front panel above keyboard
marked THE AERIOLA PIANO, NEW YORK and on the main bellow is marked THE
AEOLIAN CO with date January 1, 1908 and an extensive list of patents dating

For Sale: Hardman-Peck Duo. This piano was a "please rescue me
from the dump" project that I no longer want to deal with. It belonged to
a local school and then had an interesting history before I got it. It was
manufactured between 1955 and 1960 and could be rebuilt, but I'm offering
it as a "parts-is-parts" instrument for $50. It's all there! Well, no, the
sharps tops are mostly not there, and neither is the sliding cover over the
roll mechanism, but what do want? Piano is located between San Diego and
Los Angeles and must be picked up. I will be happy to discuss this piano

For Sale: Farrand player piano serial number 24458 in as-is condition,
i.e., not currently playing, but intact save for the missing chain on the
"play" side of the air motor. Though this piano should have a total rebuild,
a talented amateur can pick up a good deal here and perform the majority of
repairs him/her self. The cabinet is of light brown mahogany with the usual
knocked-about-for-eighty-years issues and at some point it appears that someone
began the refinishing process. The hammers are in good shape (one missing in
the uppermost register), and all the keybed felts need replacing. Also it
seems that some of the hoses were replaced at some point, and the player
mechanism wants to work but just can't quite get up enough steam. I'll be
happy to discuss this piano with you if you want to call me at 951 551-6955.

118539. This Piano was made in 1917 and is almost a hundred years old! This
vintage peice is in moderate condition, and will need a good tune up. One of
the keys is not working and would probably need to be replaced, but that is
an easy fix for such a delicate peice. Also, the player mechanisim will

Free to Good Home: Deagan Carillon roll reader/player
This unit was rescued from the trash behind a local
church. It is the roll player/reader only, along with
a timer and relays, with a long multi-lead cable that
would have run up to the bell tower (I presume). This
was originally built into a larger piece of furniture
and pulled out like a drawer. This machine was
removed from that piece of furniture.
THere are many paper rolls of church hymns and I
believe a patriotic march or two for holidays. I will
seperate the rolls only if desired.

For Sale: Bush and Lane Upright Player Piano. Built in 1916. Serial
number is 42823. This piano was restored and is like brand new inside and
out. The case is made of solid corewood with burl walnut overlay. It
has the original ivories and ebonys keys. The piano is in excellent
playing and working condition. The finish is in excellent condition as
well. Includes original bench. Converted to run electrically instead of by
foot pump. Comes with two boxes of rolls (around 100 rolls). I can send

For Sale: This is a 1918 Gulbransen-Dickenson upright player piano, serial #121448. It was sold to my grandmother in 1919. I have the original bill of sale and payment agreement. The piano is in very good shape with only the second and third lowest keys that stick. The mechanism with pedals is complete, but will need to be serviced after 60 years of non-use. It comes with the original matching bench, with the original leather upholstery and the only missing parts are the two small knobs used to close the keyboard cover. Also included are 15 piano rolls. that I am looking to find home(s) for. My mother passed away and willed her

would like to sell, located in Alameda, California, USA. It was
manufactured in Gotha, Germany, according to an inside plate, and is
believed to date to approximately 1918. I can provide the serial
number if interested. The player action works, but only if you pump very
hard. It belonged to one family for many years, and came over from
England after the war. It is made from ribbon mahogany, and is in
beautiful condition, the ivory keys are perfect. There are also about

For Sale: Wurlitzer Photoplayer “Player Piano” (SN 37254): These players were designed to accompany silent movies. This one was originally used in a Nashville, TN movie theater. This rare collectors piece has an oak finish approximately 13 feet end to end, has two side by side sliding openings for rolls in the piano part. It is a complete Theater 8 rank pipe organ/piano combination with 24 sound effects from whistle to “oogah” horn. The two side boxes attached to the central piano hold the drums, cymbals, pipe organs, etc. I have photos that I can provide for those who are interested. Free: I have an upright Gulbransen player piano in our dinning room. I think it is from the 20's. It does not play. I have acquired one that does and we need to make room for it. The sound board and harp appear to be intact. The case is in good, presentable shape. Most of the hammers are there and intact. The keys have ivory but they're not in good shape. Pedals and all wooden parts are intact. It's rubber hoses have been removed. There are no stairs involved in moving this piano out of the house, just two thresholds to clear to go out the back door.
